Ride the trolley to Fresno’s first Around the Block Party

FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – Haven’t had a chance to ride Fresno’s trolley aka the FresnoHOP? You can try it out this week at Downtown Fresno’s first Around the Block party.

Around the Block is a 5 part-block party series hitting the streets of Downtown Fresno. Starting this month, a different block will be highlighted every other month, showcasing what makes downtown a great destination.

The first of the five-block party series will take place on Friday, February 16, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Warnors Corner Block: 1400 Fulton St.

The event will feature live music, photo ops, movies, art galleries, food, karaoke and more.

Attendees can ride the free FresnoHOP trolley and get off at the Cultural Arts Districts. Event officials say the block party is family-friendly and free to attend.
