FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – On June 28, 2024, Stefani Boorojian will sign off for the last time at KSEE24.
As she takes her next steps, YourCentralValley.com sat down with Stefani Booroojian to reflect on her 42 years in front of the cameras.
“42 years went by so quickly. It certainly doesn’t seem to have been a long time,” Stefani said.
In fact, Stefani Booroojian seemed to remember every step along the way as though they happened yesterday.
Stefani says being a TV anchor was never even a thought in her mind as a student, though she was never camera shy.
“When I was in high school, I loved participating in school plays and that type of performance.”
She says once she made her way to Fresno State she had put performing on stage behind her as she found her own way in college.
“I changed my major a few times. I was actually a horticulture major in the plant science department – and hated it.”
While at Fresno State, Stefani Booroojian says she ran into an old high-school friend who was taking a broadcast class. “So I took an entry-level radio, television broadcasting class.”
