Freedom Fest firework show returning to Clovis this 4th of July

CLOVIS, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – The Kiwanis Club of Clovis’ annual 4th of July Freedom Fest is coming up.

In addition to fireworks, the event will feature a food fair, a crafter’s fair, music, entertainment, and games and activities for children.

“We do this for the community,” said Bruce Wilson, event director and former President of the Kiwanis Club of Clovis. “We always strive to make each year bigger and better than the year before.”

Fireworks begin at dusk at Clovis High School’s Lamonica Stadium. Gates will be open Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Admission is $5, and children five and under get in free. Tickets can be purchased in advance at Valley First Credit Union at 645 West Herndon Avenue in Clovis – or at Lamonica Stadium starting at 9:00 a.m. on July 4.

Pets, alcohol, glass containers, tobacco, and outside fireworks are not allowed. For more information, visit their website .
