HANFORD, Calif. (FOX26) – A man was caught on camera stealing from a tip jar from a Hanford restaurant. It happened Thursday at Geta Xpress on 11th Avenue near Lacey Blvd. In the surveillance video, you can see the man approach the counter, look around, and then take off with the tip jar.
