FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – Friant Road is set to close in July, according to officials with the City of Fresno.
Friant Road will close between Shepherd Avenue and south of Audubon Drive for roadwork related to the right turn lane extension project.
Officials say the full closure of all three southbound lanes of Friant Road is expected to last through Monday, July 22 at 6 a.m., pending any unforeseen delays.
Drivers are advised to utilize Shepherd, Cedar, or Nees Avenues and Fresno Street as a detour or to find an alternate route.
