‘Biggest party of the summer’: Free festival in Madera to kick-off month of August

MADERA, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – Palace & Suns Summer Arts Festival organizers say their free August third event promises to be the biggest party of the summer, with 11 live bands performing at Madera’s Town and Country amphitheater.

Organizers say the only things attendees need to bring are their ice chests, some sunscreen, and their friends to enjoy the party.

The concerts will be hosted at Town and County’s amphitheater near Howard Road on August 3 starting at noon.

Local bands and performers will take the stage including:

  • Near Avenue
  • JPEG Sessions
  • Jupiter Bay
  • Palacio
  • Might As Well
  • I Figured It Was Fiction
  • Project Mayhem and more

The events will also feature local sponsors including Rooted Nutrition, Valley Stealz, Sal’s Mexican Restaurant, and Perko’s Cafe.

Organizers say the weather will be in the triple digits so attendees are urged to bring their own personal water bottles, ice chests, and any other amenities they would like.
