2 suspects wanted in KFC parking lot robbery, assault, Fresno Police say

FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – Fresno Police are searching for two suspects after officers say customers were pepper sprayed, physically assaulted, and robbed of their wallets while leaving a Kentucky Fried Chicken in central Fresno.

Police say on Sept. 3 around 3:20 pm, two customers were leaving the KFC at 3846 North West Avenue and were robbed in the parking lot as they were entering their vehicle. The location is over the road from nearby Roeding Elementary School.

Investigators say the two suspects fled on foot through an alleyway behind the Christian Community Church.
