BILLINGS, Mont. – The US Marshals Service is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted on murder charges and suspected to be in the Billings area. Billings residents are urged to be on the lookout for Tad Vincent Warren, a 30-year-old man wanted out of the District of Montana for homicide. He is 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 165 lbs., with short brown hair and brown eyes.
