These Fresno highway ramps are getting cleaned this weekend

FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – Several connector ramps on highways in the Fresno area are set to be cleaned this weekend.

According to Caltrans, the ramps that connect to Highway 99, Highway 41, Highway 180, and Highway 168 will be closed intermittently for sweeping. The closures will take place on Saturday and the cleaning will be from 4 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Any motorists impacted by the intermittent closures are advised to take alternate routes during that time, Caltrans says. Closures may take longer depending on weather or other “uncontrollable events,” state officials add.

Caltrans did not release any further information about the sweeping operations.
