FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) – Fresno City Councilman Mike Karbassi took time on Thursday to thank FOX26 Reporter Sophia Lesseos for her efforts to help the people of Fresno. The councilman invited Sophia to Fresno City Hall to personally thank her and to present her with a plaque honoring her with the proclamation that Sept. 26th is Sophia Lesseos Day in the City of Fresno.
