Dozens of families celebrated the Hanford edition of National Night Out at the Hanford Civic Park on Tuesday evening. Organizations handed out information for the adults and stickers and toys for the children. Hanford Police helped children navigate tours of the SWAT truck, and Hanford Fire Department gave instructions on how to extinguish a fire with a high-powered hose. Hanford Police Chief Stephanie Huddleston and City Fire Chief Daniel Perkins were on-hand to greet visitors and hand out information on city safety services.
