FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – The City of Fresno announced multiple road closures for Sunday.
According to city officials, the closures are due to the Two Cities Marathon that will take place on Sunday, Nov. 3. The closures will begin at 5 a.m. unless otherwise noted.
The following roads will be affected by this closure:
- Behymer Avenue – Chestnut to Willow avenues. It will be closed from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Shepherd Avenue – Friant Road to Willow Avenue. It will be closed from 5 a.m. until 11 a.m.
- Friant Road – Audubon to Old Friant. It will be closed from 5 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
- Peach and Alluvial avenues will be closed at Railroad Park from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Pollasky Avenue – Sierra to Bullard avenues will be closed from 6 a.m. until noon.
- Sierra Avenue – Pollasky to Clovis avenues will be closed from 6 a.m. until noon.
