MADERA, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – A juvenile and a man were arrested and many firearms were seized as part of a gang shooting investigation in Madera, the police department said Friday.
The Madera Police Department says their Special Investigation Unit served a search warrant in response to a recent gang shooting investigation in the city.
During the warrant, police say multiple illegally made firearms were located and seized, and they also discovered that the home was being utilized to illegally manufacture them. As a result, a man and a juvenile were arrested under suspicion of various gun charges.
The identity of the man arrested in this case is unknown at this time.
