FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) — A man was arrested after officers say he fell asleep in a car in the middle of a Fresno road, according to the California Highway Patrol. Officers say he had a loaded gun.
CHP says they believe the man was driving under the influence when they found him on S. Cedar Avenue.
With assistance from Fresno police, CHP says they were able to safely wake the driver and place him in handcuffs before he could harm himself and others.
