A Fresno County farmer and a fruit packing company owner have pleaded guilty to charges of conspiring to commit crop insurance fraud, as per the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California. Jatinderjeet “Jyoti” Sihota, 37, admitted her involvement in a scheme that over four years fraudulently acquired over $650,000 in insurance payments.
