New Fresno restaurant blends Korean and Chinese flavors

FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – A restaurant chain that brings “vibrant flavors” of Korea and China to customers has a new location in Fresno.

Paik’s Noodle was founded by Chef Jong Won Paik and the menu reflects his passion for creating meals that are both delightful and straightforward, according to the company website .

Paik’s Noodle website says some of the food included on the menu is Jajangmyeon, a Korean-Chinese noodle dish with a rich black bean sauce, and Jjamppong, spicy seafood noodles that combine heat and flavor.

The website says that Paik’s Noodle has expanded to over 300 locations worldwide, since its beginning in Seoul, Korea in 2006.

According to a social media post , posted by the company, the Fresno location opened in October.
