IDENTIFIED: Fresno Police name suspect in church Christmas toy theft

FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – The Fresno Police Department says they are still looking for one of the two suspects involved in stealing a large donation of toys from a home just before Christmas in Fresno.

On Dec. 21, officials say officers responded to a burglary in the area of Clinton Avenue and Marks Avenue regarding two men who had stolen thousands of dollars worth of toys from a residence.

Police say a suspect they identified as Louis Lopez was arrested for burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, possession of paraphernalia and violation of probation.

Police have identified a second suspect, Rodney Jones, who they say is still outstanding.
