Big rig drivers unharmed after ‘violent impact’ in Madera County

MADERA COUNTY, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – An early morning crash between two big rigs provoked a “violent impact” on Highway 152 that resulted in no reported injuries, the California Highway Patrol said.

Officers say they responded to a crash involving two big rigs in the area of Highway 152 and Highway 99 in Madera County on early Friday morning.

Per officers, a 31-year-old man was driving a red 2019 Kenworth westbound Highway 152. The 31-year-old did not notice the 2020 Volvo with a box trailer slowing down ahead of him, and the Kenworth ended up colliding with the Volvo’s trailer…
