TULARE, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – A Tulare bakery owner says he was told to “go back to Mexico” by a man dumping trash at his business. The owner of “Mi Panaderia, My Bakery” says that the same person also left trash outside the business.
Meanwhile, the Tulare Police Department is investigating a case of vandalism at the same location after a suspect was caught on video smashing an employee’s car window.

Sergio Martinez says he has lived in Tulare since 2005. According to Martinez, he’s had run-ins since October with an individual dumping trash in the business’s dumpster – something that individual is not allowed to do.
