Fresno police arrest 12 drivers in DUI crackdown

FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – A dozen drivers were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence Saturday night, according to the Fresno Police Department.

Police say drivers charged with a first-time DUI may expect to encounter an average of $13,500 in fines and penalties, along with the suspension of their driver’s license.

The Fresno Police Department says they will hold a DUI enforcement operation on March 29, along with a series of DUI patrols and checkpoints throughout the year to keep our roadways safe…
