CLOVIS, Calif. (FOX26) — The Clovis Police Department has released surveillance video to address inaccuracies circulating on social media regarding a recent incident involving a group of juveniles and a man outside a Target store.
On March 23rd at 6:11 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance at the store at Shaw and Clovis Avenues.
