FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A staff member at the Fresno EOC Franklin Head Start has been cited for inappropriate conduct following an unannounced inspection by a California Health and Human Services Licensing Program Analyst.
The inspection was conducted in response to an incident report received by the Fresno Regional Office on March 21st.
