Passenger ‘helps’ driver steer into Fresno building, CHP says

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – Two people were arrested after both the driver and passenger were “in control” of a vehicle and allegedly under the influence in Fresno, the California Highway Patrol said Tuesday.

According to CHP, they and the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office responded to a solo-vehicle crash into a local building.

CHP said the investigation revealed that both the driver and passenger were in control and allegedly under the influence.
