FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — In a state of déjà vu the group ‘Pinky Paws’ find themselves rescuing three ducklings in a storm drain in the city of Parlier, one week after the first incident.
Last week, the group found themselves in Kingsburg looking for ducklings and ended up finding two of them in a storm drain.
