Fresno man arrested for allegedly sending explicit messages

FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – A 27-year-old Fresno man was arrested after allegedly sending three female Fresno students explicit messages, according to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office.

Officials say the investigation started in February after a Fresno Police Department School Resource Officer got a report that three girls who were students at Sequoia Middle School were sent explicit messages by a man who also attempted to arrange meetings for sexual purposes.

According to investigators, the suspect, identified as Fernando Ivan Delgadillo, allegedly sent “selfie” images of himself through Instagram, which identified him as an adult.

Detectives with the Central California Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force arrested Delgadillo on multiple felony charges, including arranging to meet a minor for sex and sending harmful material to a minor…
