Over 60 stopped in Selma police school zone operation

SELMA, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – Over 60 vehicles were stopped, with most receiving citations following traffic safety operations conducted on Selma school zones.

Police say they conducted the operations from April 28 to 30 and May 5 to 6, primarily focused on violations in school zones.

During the operation, officers report 66 vehicles in total were stopped, however, 60 of those stopped received citations. Additionally, four vehicles were towed and three arrests were made…
