FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – A man who is a known gang member was arrested after he ran away from officers in Fresno, the Fresno Police Department said Thursday.
Police said they contacted three men who were loitering in the area of Bond Street and Belmont Avenue.
