FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – The crash report has been released for the Fresno Marine who died in New Mexico last April – officers say his Jeep was trying to avoid a head-on collision.
On April 15, 28-year-old Marine Lance Cpl. Marcelino Gamino was in New Mexico after traveling with a convoy of other marines from Camp Pendleton. The convoy was part of government efforts to bolster the military’s defense at the southern border.
