CLOVIS, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Clovis residents can get compost pails for their countertop from the city for free on Saturday.
The city will be giving away free countertop compost pails to residents at Pasa Tiempo Park on De Wolf and Barstow avenues.
City staff can be found by the Public Utilities tent at the park…
