Concerns rise over potential victims as teacher arrested for online child exploitation

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A substitute teacher was arrested for messaging a child over a social media app and attempting to meet with a child for sexual purposes, deputies say.

Detectives with the Central California Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and Homeland Security Investigations have arrested 43-year-old Carlos Gonzalez of Fresno.
