City Lights nightclub evacuated after fire, Fresno Fire says

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Employees and customers had to evacuate a Fresno nightclub after a fire spread to the building Tuesday evening, the city’s Fire Department said.

Around 6:55 p.m., Fresno Fire says they received reports of a vegetation and structure fire at City Lights on Clinton and Clovis avenues.

Once firefighters arrived, the flames were spreading across the club’s awning. Crews say they issued an evacuation order when they saw potential for the flames to extend into the building…
