CLOVIS, Calif. – The annual fireworks show held at Shaver Lake will take place Wednesday, July 2 this year. Usually, the event is held on the Fourth of July weekend.
Business owners who depend on the tourist boom that surrounds this summer event each year are hoping residents still visit Shaver Lake despite the weekday event.
