Fresno to welcome city’s first Honduran restaurant

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – What initially began as a food truck in Fresno County has now become a brick-and-mortar restaurant ready to welcome patrons in north Fresno and become the first of its kind in the city.

The Fresno Area Hispanic Association announced the grand opening ceremony of Keidy’s Restaurant, which they say is the first Honduran restaurant in the area.

The restaurant is owned by Keidy, who started her business journey with a food truck in Mendota. Now, after years of hard work, Keidy will celebrate the grand opening of her brick-and-mortar restaurant on July 11 at 3:30 p.m…
