IDENTIFIED: ‘Suspicious death’ victim in Fresno County

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The man who was found dead on a Fresno County road, prompting a “suspicious death” investigation, was identified by the Fresno County Coroner’s Office on Thursday.

The coroner’s office identified the man as 54-year-old Billy Waine Sinisgalli. He was commonly referred to on the streets by his middle name, Wayne.
