MADERA, Calif. (FOX26) — A driver was arrested after they were found half way in a canal on 4th of July morning in Madera.
CHP says they responded to Highway 41 near Children’s Boulevard around 11:00 a.m. for reports of a driver who was pulled over on the side of the road when they veered into the opposite lane.
The car ended up crashing into a canal…
