FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Fresno Police have arrested 6 teens who assaulted two victims and stole multiple cars on Monday.
Officers responded to a report of a victim who was assaulted in the area of Quigley Park on June 30th at around 6:29 a.m.
The victim was a 73-year-old man who needed to be rushed for surgery do to a brain bleed from his injuries…
