FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A pedestrian believed to be in his 50s was hit by a vehicle not once, but twice Friday night and died, Fresno police say.
Investigators say just before 11 p.m. they were called to the area of Clinton Avenue, between Marks and Valentine Avenues, for a report of a vehicle versus a pedestrian.
When they arrived, they found the man in the westbound lanes of Marks Avenue.
The Collision Reconstruction Unit and Hit-and-Run detectives were called to the scene to investigate because officers believe there was a span of time where one vehicle hit the man, and then another…
