‘Get justice’: DA files special circumstances for man accused of killing Robert Boyajian

MADERA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Audrik Matevosian, accused of shooting and killing Robert Boyajian in his bed, before burying him in the Mojave Desert, pleaded not guilty to all charges in front of a Madera County judge Friday.

He appeared teary-eyed in the courtroom, as sniffles rang out, a tissue in hand.
