Purple gun found after trespassing incident in Madera County

MADERA COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A woman was arrested in Madera County after a trespass call led to the discovery of a purple gun, the Madera County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday.

The evening of July 18, deputies responded to a report of trespassers on Road 206. When they arrived, the suspects had already fled the area.

After canvassing the area for the suspect vehicle, deputies eventually found a vehicle matching the description on Highway 41 and Avenue 15. Inside the vehicle, deputies reported finding the loaded 9mm purple gun.

Of the occupants inside the vehicle, only one person, identified as 42-year-old Kristina Lura of Mariposa, was arrested in connection with the incident…
