2 arrested in Clovis with stolen mail, drugs in vehicle

CLOVIS, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Two people who are accused of having stolen mail, fraudulent documents, illegal drugs and other items in their car were arrested, Clovis Police said Thursday.

The people who were arrested were named as 30-year-old Tina Delagado and 33-year-old David Heu.

On Wednesday, officers say they were called by Walmart employees who told them that known suspects were in the store, concealing items. Officers contacted the suspects, and they were arrested without incident…
