FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A man was arrested for a July 18 shooting after handing a bag to his mom, according to the Fresno Police Department.
Police say on July 18, around 9:30 p.m., officers responded to Community Regional Medical Center for a victim who walked into the hospital with a single gunshot wound to his upper body.
