FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (CNN, KYMA/KECY) – A desperate search is on for a mother and her eight-month-old daughter who went missing in Central California.
Authorities say Whisper Owen and her baby girl, Sandra McCarty, were last seen on July 15. They were visiting family in Fresno and relatives say they have not heard from them since.
