IDENTIFIED: DUI crash kills 24-year-old in Fresno County, suspect arrested

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A 24-year-old is dead following a suspected DUI crash in Fresno County over the weekend.

The California Highway Patrol says on Saturday, just before 10 p.m., 24-year-old Juan Carlos Mendoza Jr. was driving a Chevrolet Tahoe westbound on Mt. Whitney Avenue, just west of Cedar Avenue, with three passengers.
