Central California Weather: Dangerous Heat Wave Peaks Tuesday, More 100°F Days Ahead

Hanford, California – Scorching temperatures are set to grip Hanford and much of the San Joaquin Valley through at least Friday, with daily highs pushing 100°F and fire danger escalating across the region.

According to the National Weather Service in Hanford, Saturday and Sunday will bring highs near 98°F before a short dip to 93°F Monday. The heat surges again Tuesday with temperatures reaching 95°F and peaking at 102°F by midweek. Winds will remain light, but gusts up to 15 mph are expected through Sunday evening, adding to wildfire concerns.

Hanford and neighboring areas like Lemoore and Riverdale will see mostly clear skies and little overnight relief, with lows hovering in the mid-60s.
