FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — 39-year-old Matthew Billingsley has pleaded guilty to wire fraud in connection with a scheme that defrauded individuals and financial institutions out of more than $30 million.
Billingsley admitted in court Monday to fabricating brokerage account statements and making false claims about holding millions in assets to secure multiple loans between June 2018 and February 2023.
