MADERA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – An outbreak of a highly contagious viral disease affecting dogs and other small animals has been confirmed in Madera, the county announced Monday.
Madera County Animal Services says Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) was found in the Fresno River within city limits.
