The shooting suspect who was hit by a Fresno police car in River Park late Wednesday night has been identified as 18-year-old George Ruiz.
It all started around 7:30 pm when police were called out for shots fired in the area of Blackstone and Nees avenues.
Officers say Ruiz was involved in some sort of argument with another car in the area, which led him to shoot. No one inside was hurt, but the car was hit by gunfire…
