Fresno resident Manuel Cisneros, 48, has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of drug possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl, and being a felon in possession of ammunition. The charges relate to an incident on February 20, when Cisneros was found with illegal drugs and .40-caliber ammunition, which he is not allowed to have due to prior drug trafficking convictions, as reported by the U.S. Attorney’s office.
Cisneros, who has previous drug convictions, could face a life sentence and a $10 million fine if found guilty of the current charges. All defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty.
