FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The Fresno Police Department announced the results of a DUI checkpoint that was held Saturday in central Fresno.
According to police, out of the 406 vehicles that were contacted, 11 drivers were arrested at the checkpoint on suspicion of driving under the influence.
The checkpoint was held at the intersection of Cedar and Gettysburg avenues from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. 23 drivers were cited for operating a vehicle unlicensed or with a suspended/revoked license.
