MADERA, Calif. (FOX26) — The Madera Police Department arrested 42-year-old Joel Mora on Wednesday night after he was identified as the suspect in an attempted vehicle break-in.
Police responded to the report of a man attempting to break into a vehicle near the 600 block of S. Madera Ave.
Officers located the vehicle matching the description and found Mora hiding in the back seat, pretending to be asleep…
